Thank you for your interest in purchasing Viva Cacao’s chocolate! Orders will be shipped Monday – Wednesday. We do our best to ensure all orders get shipped promptly. All orders are currently shipped Via Canada Post expedited shipping. If you have selected the $10 shipping rate, please note that this is an oversized letter rate and will not have tracking.
If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time please contact us and we will resend it.

Please note between June 15th – September 15th we can only ship to BC + AB. During the holidays shipping delays are common and we cannot guarantee shipping times. Please see shipping updates on our cart page for details.

Our free shipping minimum for orders to the United States is $65

Warm Weather 

Summer shipping – Between June 15th – September 15th our main goal is to ensure that our products arrive to you in the best quality, due to this we will only be able to ship confidently to British Columbia + Alberta during these months. Since our products don’t contain soy lecithin they are more sensitive to heat. A Flat Rate of  $5 will be added to summer shipping to cover extra packaging materials and ice packs.

Expedited Shipping 

Additional fees will be added per order for priority shipping. This is on a per-order basis.
