Thank you for your interest in purchasing Viva Cacao’s chocolate! Orders will be shipped Monday – Wednesday. We do our best to ensure all orders get shipped promptly.
If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time please contact us and we will resend it.

During the holidays shipping delays are common and we cannot guarantee shipping times. Please see shipping updates on our cart page for details.

Our free shipping minimum for orders to the United States is $65

Warm Weather 

Summer shipping – Between May 15th – September 15th our main goal is to ensure that our products arrive to you in the best quality. Due to this a Flat Rate of $5 will be added to summer shipping to cover extra packaging materials and ice packs. If you are across the country and we are having a heat wave we may reach out to delay your shipment until cooler temps resume. Shipments East of Alberta will be expedited, to make sure the quality is maintained.

Beginning May 15th-We cannot ship to U.S. destinations until October 1, 2025, due to warm temperatures and the time it takes for the package to travel

Expedited Shipping 

Additional fees will be added per order for priority shipping. This is on a per-order basis.
